They keep showing interview pieces with that unfortunate Nepalese woman.. and there are no subtitles. Come on. Poor thing. At least document her with respect.
there are so many languages in Nepal, she is speaking Newari. A language only Newar people ( 1 in 36+ caste) speak and understand, maybe the uploader didn’t understand Newari language.
Even tho I can’t understand the language, I fully understand the language thru the young lady’s emotion, fear, pain, confusion, terror, despair, ….. 😢😭😭😭😭😭❤❤❤❤❤❤🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
@Harald Hårfagre at 24:44 “i thought she would survive too. like they pulled me out I thought they would pull her out too. It was only after 5 days I found out that my friend had died on the spot. she didn’t survive. Many people have lost so much that day including me.
@Harald Hårfagre 9:39 ” I was sitting and waiting for my friends they were donating blood. Because my blood pressure was low I couldn’t donate my blood so I sat on the plastic chair and waited for them.” At 11:48 “suddenly the roof collapsed there was a young girl screaming and I heard a guy scream too inside of the collapsed monument (she said from inside the ground) ” At 16:09 ” I said i was going to die, i cannot even breath, there’s no more air left inside. i heard a guy that said don’t worry i am definitely going to save you today from up (because she’s still inside all the bricks as seen in the video) then i saw the sand move and i saw a hand, couldn’t even see who saved my life. was rushed to the hospital. They asked me if i was with someone else and i said yes and named my friends and asked about them but nobody answered me”
I’m outraged. I want to hear her story and she should be heard. It was obviously extremely traumatizing to go through what she went through and she’s having a difficult time sharing what happened because she is deeply psychologically scarred. The least you could do is make sure she is heard if you’re going to put her through that. Put some fucking subtitles on.
When I think about that very day when the earthquake strike Nepal , i feel goosebumps all over my body and brings tears to my eyes . It’s as if it happened just yesterday.

Kudos for the video content! Excuse me for the intrusion, I would love your initial thoughts. Have you thought about – Lammywalness Winning Terrorism Guide (probably on Google)? It is a smashing one of a kind guide for learning how to prepare for disaster using this simple food minus the hard work. Ive heard some decent things about it and my best friend Jordan after many years got astronomical success with it.
I can’t forget this day.. I’m from North East shillong the shock waves was felt all over North East Meghalaya that day (Shillong is the capital).. Now I’m more worried cozz we found that the main epic center for earthquake it’s in Shillong.. Now itz 2020 hope n pray that we do not face this catastrophy..
Tremendous documentary. Thank you.
@6:38, there are huge bats fying around the city in chaos. Usually, animas respond sooner and head for a safe place. People can follow their lead. But that’s not happening here.
Where in the world were these giant bats dwelling within the city? With their sonar, Why are they appearing confused?
Yes but you can be secured of your death and have a fulfilled life when you are saved by the blood of Jesus. Trust me this world will have more earthquakes that are worst than these but don’t fear since God has already overcome the world, you only need Him.Please accept Jesus as Lord of your life now and walk with him time is short and as you said you don’t know when your going to die but with Jesus at lease you know where your going to die and why we even die. Jesus died for our sins because the wages of sins is death but the gift of eternal life is in Christ alone. He already overcome death and sin that’s why all we have to do is accept His free gift of salvation. I pray that you will get to have a relationship with the king of kings if you have doubt’s or questions you can question me God bless and God speed.
This shows that Nepal has poor engineering. Alot of lives could have been spared for a calamity that only lasted 20 seconds. We can all learn from Japan’s resilience from earthquakes
I still have PTSD related to this earthquake. I was at my friend’s home on 1st floor and I had around 2 hours for my shift to begin. I was watching TV when I started feeling the house trembling. At first, I thought that it was a small earthquake like we used to have time and often. Later on, I felt that the whole house was swaying. I went to my friend’s sister’s room and hugged her. The sound the earth made during that earthquake still scares me. It was similar to the sound of a big tree breaking from its trunk. I went downstairs, I and my friend’s family sat on a barren land. We had so many aftershocks after that. I called nursing in charge of the department and asked her whether I had to come as we were still having aftershocks and we had no public transportation to use. The incharge said that I had to go. I walked for an hour and during my way, I had so many aftershocks. When I reached the hospital, I was shocked to see so many people everywhere on the floor. I worked for 72 hours straight. We had another big earthquake after a few days.
There was a death toll of more than 10,000 people because of those earthquakes. Country is still thriving to renovate the buildings destroyed by those earthquakes. Things have never been the same…
why no translation/captions for the Nepalese speakers? other than that great vid, thanks 🙂
4one14 there aren’t any captions at all
They keep showing interview pieces with that unfortunate Nepalese woman.. and there are no subtitles. Come on. Poor thing. At least document her with respect.
I believe that it is not doc producers’ fault, but uploader’s. It is clear that is justposition from another source.

@Riri Chaan Such rich culture! So many languagues!
I just realized how weird I am..
I watch earthquake documentaries, tornado documentaries and plane crash documentaries/investigations.
Huh.. I guess I’m more curious then I thought
we are addicted to stress, that’s why 😅
Imagine thinking you’re special, smart, or interesting just because you watch documentaries made by major tv companies on youtube…
Me too 😂😂😂
i have to watch this for school and write notes on it
Same here
It’s frustrating to watch when you cannot understand the languages spoken.
Even tho I can’t understand the language, I fully understand the language thru the young lady’s emotion, fear, pain, confusion, terror, despair, ….. 😢😭😭😭😭😭❤❤❤❤❤❤🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
Did someone forced you to watch this?
No?
Then shut up.
@#MyBodyMyChoiceNoVax 99

Our lives is so uncertain, we don’t know when and how we are going to die

You can lose everything in just a 10 sec. No warnings.
